I Will Praise Thee: Remembering His Wonderful Works
I Worship Your Majesty: Honoring His Greatness
Bless
the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with
honor and majesty. (Psalm 104:1)
The psalmist
commanded his soul to bless the Lord. Christ is to be worshipped with our whole
being. He is great and truly is worthy of our praise. He is deserving.
On today,
remember that He is clothed with honor, glory, power, and majesty while
remaining full of love and compassion. Lift your eyes to Him who is faithful
and say, “I Worship Your Majesty.”
Prayer
of the Week:
“Lord, I thank you for
experiencing you and your excellent majesty through Christ. On today, help me
to continually recognize your power fully. Amen.”
The Praise Robbers: Keep the Praises of God Guarded

In the world, we have individuals known as grave robbers. They wait until a body is placed in the ground and under the cover of darkness, they dig it up and get what they can get. Well, in our Christian walk, we have praise robbers.
What are praise robbers? They are things that come in our lives and we allow them to stop and cut off our praise. They come during the dark and difficult times in our lives. What are some praise robbers? Well, let’s see… pain, persecution, disappointment, worries, woes, trials, tests, tribulations, people, places, and thing.
Who shall separate
us from the love of Christ? shall
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or , or peril, or sword?
As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted
as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than
conquerors through him that loved us. Romans 8:35-37 (KJV)
Don’t allow
the praise robbers to make you a thief. Don’t allow things to separate you from
God’s love. When you submit to them and withhold praise and worship, you become
the chief praise robber. Your praise and worship belong to Him; remember He
creates the fruit (praise) of the lips. So, on today, know that God is with you
and your situation will never overturn the fact that He is worthy.
Prayer
of the Week:
“Lord, grant me grace, when
conflicts arise. Help me to honor you as I face conflicts. Let your will always
be done. Amen.”
